# Graphic Designer Needed for Etsy Print-on-Demand Store (300 DPI PNG Designs) ## Job Overview I am looking for a talented and reliable graphic designer to assist with creating high-quality designs for my Etsy Print-on-Demand business. To begin, I will provide examples and inspiration designs that I would like replicated in a similar style (while ensuring original artwork and no copyright infringement). Initially, I am looking for approximately **15 designs per week**, with the potential for ongoing long-term work and increased volume. ## Responsibilities * Create and edit high-quality **300 DPI transparent PNG designs** suitable for Print-on-Demand products. * Design files must be created in a way that allows for **easy personalization/customization** before being uploaded to Anywhere POD. * Recreate design concepts and styles based on inspiration images and examples I provide. * Ensure all artwork is original and commercially safe for resale. * Create attractive and professional **mockups and Etsy listing thumbnails** that help increase conversions. * Organize and deliver files in an organized manner with clear naming conventions. ## Initial Product Focus * Tote Bags Future products may include: * Apparel (T-shirts, Sweatshirts, Hoodies) * Mugs * Home Decor * Other Print-on-Demand products ## Requirements * Proven experience designing for **Etsy and Print-on-Demand businesses**. * Strong understanding of **commercial-use design standards**. * Experience creating **transparent PNG files at 300 DPI**. * Experience with personalized/custom products. * Ability to create high-converting Etsy thumbnails and mockups. * Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software. * Strong communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. * Attention to detail and consistency. ## Preferred Qualifications * Experience working with Anywhere POD or similar POD platforms. * Familiarity with Etsy best practices and current design trends. * Experience creating designs optimized for personalization. ## To Apply Please include: 1.
