Graphic Designer Needed for Ongoing Ad Creative Production (Paid Per Approved Ad)

We are looking for a talented graphic designer to create high-converting ad creatives for our marketing campaigns. What We Need: - Design static advertising creatives for digital marketing campaigns - Follow brand guidelines and creative briefs - Produce clean, professional, attention-grabbing designs - Be open to revisions and feedback - Deliver source files along with final assets Compensation: - Payment will be made per approved ad creative - $20–$25 per approved ad - This is intended to be an ongoing relationship for the right designer Paid Test Project - To evaluate fit and design quality, we require a paid test ad based on a brief we provide.
