Graphic Designer Needed for Wedding Seating Chart

Title: Custom Illustrated Montana Wedding Seating Chart Designer We are looking for a talented graphic designer/illustrator to create a custom, large-format seating chart for our wedding in Bozeman, Montana on August 15, 2026. We already have a clear concept and an AI-generated visual mockup that we love and can provide as a reference. We are looking for a designer who can take that concept and turn it into a polished, professional, original, print-ready design. The seating chart will have a vintage watercolor/illustrated Montana map aesthetic, featuring a natural mountain valley landscape with mountains, pine trees, and a single winding river. We want it to feel romantic, elegant, and authentic to Montana—more like a beautiful vintage piece of artwork than a traditional wedding seating chart. The heading will read “Find Your Way Through Paradise”, followed by “Christina & Rich” and “August 15, 2026.” The seating chart will include seven tables, each named after a Montana/Yellowstone location: Emigrant Peak — Table 1 Paradise Valley — Table 2 Yellowstone National Park — Table 3 Lamar Valley — Table 4 Hayden Valley — Table 5 Tom Miner Basin — Table 6 Mammoth Hot Springs — Table 7 Each location/table will need sufficient space underneath for approximately 8–15 guest names. The layout should be well balanced and easy for guests to read while still allowing the illustrated landscape to be a prominent part of the design. We are currently considering printing the final seating chart at approximately 36" × 48" as a high-quality matte fine-art print that will be displayed in a wooden frame on an easel. The final artwork must therefore be created at the proper resolution for crisp, professional large-format printing.
