Magazine Layout Designer Needed (Adobe InDesign – Content & Branding Provided) Description: We're seeking a talented and reliable magazine layout designer with strong Adobe InDesign skills to design our alumni magazine. This is a design-only role — all written content, photography, and brand guidelines will be provided in advance. Project Overview: Length: Approximately 18 pages Format: Print-ready PDF + digital/web-optimized version Timeline: Sept8th-12th, 2025 Software Requirement: Adobe InDesign Scope of Work: Full layout design using supplied copy and high-resolution images Application of provided branding and visual identity throughout Use of brand fonts and color palette Delivery of final files in formats suitable for both print and digital distribution (Optional) Minor image cropping/editing as needed to fit the layout Brand Font Requirements: Feeling Passionate – for script accents and select headers Bebas Neue – for primary headers Bebas Neue Pro – for body copy We Will Provide: Final written content (articles, headlines, pull quotes, captions) High-resolution photography Complete brand guidelines (colors, fonts, layout rules, logos) Examples from previous issues (if applicable) Ideal Candidate: Strong portfolio of editorial or magazine design work Expertise in Adobe InDesign Excellent layout, typography, and visual hierarchy skills Comfortable working within branding constraints while delivering creative, polished results Clear communicator with a commitment to deadlines and quality To Apply: Please submit: A brief note about your relevant experience A portfolio or samples of magazine/editorial design (especially in InDesign) Your availability and estimated timeline Your project rate or hourly rate
