Graphic Designer (Print & Direct Mail) – Ongoing Work

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our growing team on a long-term basis. Our company specializes in direct mail marketing, and we're looking for someone who can create clean, high-converting print designs while maintaining brand consistency and meeting production deadlines. Responsibilities Design postcards, letters, envelopes, pressure-sealed mailers, greeting cards, and other direct mail pieces. Modify and update existing templates. Create custom marketing pieces based on client requests. Prepare print-ready artwork following production specifications. Ensure files are accurate, organized, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with our Account Managers and Production team. Revise designs based on internal and client feedback. Maintain consistency across multiple client campaigns. Requirements Strong portfolio showcasing print design work. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign. Experience preparing files for commercial printing. Excellent typography, layout, and color skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication skills. Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines. Bonus Qualifications Experience designing direct mail campaigns. Knowledge of USPS mailing requirements.
