Graphic Designer: Static Ad Creative for Skincare Brand (Ongoing)

About the Brand: Kita Skin is a premium Japanese skincare brand built for women 40+ who are serious about their skin. Our products are formulated around powerful hero ingredients and our brand sits at the intersection of editorial refinement and tradition-led skincare. Think: calm, considered, beautifully minimal. We're growing our paid social presence and need a designer who can translate that brand world into scroll-stopping static ads. ---------------- The Role: We're looking for a graphic designer to create static ad creative for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) on an ongoing basis. You'll be working directly with our founders to bring briefs to life - from concept through to final files, ready to go live. ---------------- What You'll Be Designing: - Static single-image ads for Meta feed and stories/reels - Promotional and campaign creative (launches, sales events, product education) ---------------- You're the Right Fit If You: - Have experience designing paid social ads for beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands - please share relevant portfolio work. - Understand the difference between editorial design and conversion-focused creative (we need both) - Can work within a brand system (fonts, colours, spacing rules) without it feeling rigid or template-y - Are comfortable receiving creative briefs and delivering without a lot of back-and-forth - Know your way around Figma or Adobe (we're flexible on tools, but deliverables must be export-ready) - Are responsive, reliable, and can turn around assets within agreed timelines
