Graphic Designer — Static Product Ads, Banners & Photo Cutouts

We're a growing brand looking for a skilled graphic designer to produce a high volume of static ad creative and website banners. This is real product photography work, not AI-generated imagery — we need someone who can cleanly cut out and composite our actual product photos, not regenerate or "reimagine" them. What you'll be doing: Designing static image ads for paid social and display (product-focused, conversion-driven) Building website banners and promotional graphics Cutting out and compositing real product photos we provide into new layouts and backgrounds Recreating and adapting ad concepts from reference/competitor ads to fit our brand and products Producing a high volume of accurate, on-brand static creative on a consistent basis What we're NOT looking for: AI-generated or AI-upscaled product imagery — our products must look exactly as photographed Generic template-driven design with no attention to product accuracy Low-volume, slow-turnaround work Requirements Strong portfolio of static ad and banner design (please share direct links, not just a general portfolio page) Demonstrated experience with photo cutouts/compositing using real product photography (Photoshop or equivalent) Ability to recreate/adapt existing ad layouts and concepts accurately Comfortable working at high volume with fast, consistent turnaround Strong attention to detail and color/product accuracy Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma (please specify your primary tools) Please note in your application: which pieces in your portfolio involved real photo cutouts/compositing (vs. fully illustrated or AI-generated work), so we can tell the difference.
