AI Graphic Designer/Video Content Creator for Beauty Brand

Company Description: Our brand offers a diverse selection of beauty and personal care products, to a primarily North American audience of women ages 20-34. As a remotely distributed team spanning Canada, Europe, and Asia, we operate with a dynamic startup mindset, emphasizing innovation, creativity, and a deep connection to beauty and fashion culture. Role Description: We're seeking a Freelance Graphic and Video Designer to produce digital assets across our marketing channels. You'll use AI tools and traditional design software to create social content, email layouts, video assets, ads, and campaign visuals. Strong design judgment matters here as much as tool proficiency; we expect outputs that are refined and production-ready, not raw AI generations. Expected contribution is 10-15 hours/week. There is potential to transition into a longer-term contract after the first month. Responsibilities: - Design and modify digital assets including social media graphics, promotional banners, ads, and email campaigns, using AI tools. - Edit video and motion content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social - Support packaging and print design as needed - Work with the marketing lead and brand founder to stay aligned on creative direction Requirements: - Proven experience in graphic design in beauty or fashion - Proficiency in AI design tools (Higgsfield, Nano Banana, Kling, Seedance, etc.), Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom) and other traditional design tools such as Canva and Capcut - Familiarity with Gen Z visual trends and social media aesthetics - Experience with Omnisend and other Shopify ecosystem tools is a plus - Able to take feedback, revise quickly, and meet deadlines strictly and consistently - Please include the answer to 42+68/27 rounded to the nearest whole number at the start of your application What we offer: - Flexible schedule - Potential for long-term collaboration based on performance - Creative input on a growing brand with an established customer base Include in your application your CV and portfolio, showing the tools you used for each piece of content.
