Graphic Designer & Video Editor

The Role We're seeking a part-time contractor (5 -10 hours per week) who can support both graphic design and video editing needs across our marketing, education, and content initiatives. You'll work closely with our team to create compelling visuals that educate, inspire, and engage audiences across multiple channels. Responsibilities Design social media graphics, educational content, presentations, and marketing materials Create YouTube thumbnails and visual assets for digital campaigns Support website and landing page graphics as needed Edit YouTube videos and short-form content for social media Add captions, graphics, and motion elements to improve engagement Repurpose long-form content into multiple content formats Who You Are Strong graphic design skills with experience creating polished, professional content Experience editing YouTube videos and social media content Curious, proactive, and eager to learn rather than execute tasks Open to feedback, highly coachable, and committed to continuous improvement Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Bonus points if you have experience with startups, motion graphics, or content strategy.
