Summary

I own a roofing company I am looking for a graphic designer and 3D visualization specialist to create a professional roofing sales presentation similar to manufacturer presentation books from companies like GAF and Owens Corning. The project will consist of a large residential home rendered in 3D. I need multiple versions of the exact same house showing the roofing system being built layer by layer. The layers will include: 1. Roof Decking 2. Starter Strips 3. Ice & Water Shield 4. Synthetic Underlayment 5. Architectural Shingles 6. Ridge Vent System 7. Ridge Caps The goal is to create a premium printed sales binder for homeowners. Each page should show the same home with an additional roofing component added, creating a professional step-by-step visual presentation. I am looking for high-end, realistic marketing graphics, not construction plans or architectural blueprints. Please provide examples of similar 3D renderings, exploded views, cutaway illustrations, or construction marketing visuals.
