Graphic Designer Wanted – Brand Identity Enhancement & Production Files Hello, We're looking for a talented graphic designer to take several logo concepts we've already created and elevate them into premium, production-ready brand assets. These are not logos that need to be created from scratch—we already have the concepts. We need someone with a strong eye for branding who can refine, enhance, and prepare them for long-term use across multiple products and marketing channels. This is not a one-time project. We're looking for someone we can build a long-term relationship with as our brands continue to grow. Brands You'll Be Working On Cross & Spur Company Cross & Spur Company is a luxury Western lifestyle brand based in Arizona. The brand blends rugged Western heritage with premium style and is rooted in faith-based values. We want the logos to feel: Premium and timeless Luxury Western Clean and memorable Strong enough for hats, apparel, leather patches, embroidery, and signage We're also open to your creative suggestions. If you think something should be added, removed, simplified, or improved, we'd like your professional opinion. The Grandon Group The Grandon Group is one of Arizona's leading real estate teams. We want a logo system that works exceptionally well on: Hats Visors Polo shirts Signs Business cards Social media Website Luxury marketing materials We're interested in both a primary logo and simplified versions (such as icon-only or monogram versions) that work well in embroidery and small-format applications. What We Need Please take our existing logo concepts and: Refine and modernize the designs Improve typography, spacing, balance, and overall composition Create clean vector artwork Ensure the logos reproduce well at both very small and very large sizes Make them suitable for embroidery, screen printing, laser engraving, leather patches, vinyl, and digital use Provide recommendations if you believe certain design elements should be changed or removed Maintain consistent branding across all logo variations Final Deliverables We will need all production-ready files, including: AI (Adobe Illustrator) EPS SVG PDF (vector) PNG (transparent background) JPG (high resolution) Black version White version Full-color version One-color version Horizontal layout Vertical layout Icon/Badge version Social media profile version Favicon (if applicable) Please also include: Font names (or converted outlines if licensing requires) Color palette with HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone values (if applicable) A simple brand guide showing proper logo usage, spacing, minimum sizes, and color variations What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Has experience creating premium brand identities Understands apparel branding and embroidery requirements Has a strong portfolio of logos and branding work Is creative enough to improve existing concepts—not just recreate them Communicates well and can become part of our long-term creative team If you're selected, there will be ongoing work involving: Apparel graphics Marketing materials Social media graphics Packaging Signage Website graphics Additional logo development Brand expansion for future companies When you reply, please include: A portfolio of similar work Your estimated turnaround time Your pricing Any questions or suggestions you have after reviewing our existing concepts We're excited to find a designer who can help us build brands that people recognize and wear proudly for years to come.
