Graphic Designer Wanted For SeaDeck Boat Floor Design

Overview I are looking for a skilled graphic designer with experience in vector illustration and CAD/CNC preparation to create custom graphic designs for marine decking (SeaDek / EVA foam flooring). We have a clear concept based on reference photos and need a designer to create clean, high-precision vector graphics and CAD-ready files that our marine flooring manufacturer can feed directly into their CNC routing machines. What You Will Be Designing Custom Fishing Graphic (Primary Focus): A clean, stylish fish tail design similar to our reference images. Bold black outline artwork designed specifically for 2-layer CNC foam cutting/routing. Alternative Game Fish Options (Line Art Concepts): Marlin / Game Fish Line Drawing: A minimal, elegant line-art graphic of a marlin (not overly detailed, just a few strong lines that are instantly recognizable as a game fish). 2–3 Variation Options: Simple, sharp vector graphics suited for foam engraving. Layout & Placement Preview: Scale and position the graphics on our deck template/hatch layout for visual verification. Deliverables & File Formats Vector Master Files: .AI, .EPS, and .SVG (all paths fully closed, expanded strokes, no overlapping nodes). CAD / CNC Cutting Files: .DXF or .DWG (ready for CNC router cutting/engraving). Mockups: High-res .PNG / .PDF visual proofs showing how the design lays out on a boat hatch. Requirements & Qualifications Proven experience in Vector Illustration (Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar). Experience preparing files for CNC Routing, Laser Cutting, or Marine Decking (SeaDek, MarineMat, EVA foam) is a major plus! Ability to work with closed vector paths (essential for CNC bit passes).
