Graphic Designer Wanted!

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our social media team and help us produce high-quality, engaging graphics for our social channels. Most of your work will involve creating graphics similar to these examples: - https://www.instagram.com/p/Db3VXSKDoES/ - https://www.instagram.com/p/DbbAeiMjIS6/ - https://www.instagram.com/p/Dbtm9laimVp/ - https://www.instagram.com/p/DbvtqtLuxvj/ You’ll primarily be working in Canva (or other tools of your preference) , with AI tools used occasionally to help speed up ideation or production. We DO NOT want our content to look obviously AI-generated, so strong design judgment and the ability to create polished, human-designed graphics in Canva are important. What you’ll be responsible for: - Designing approximately 10–15 social media graphics per day - Working 5 days per week - Following our existing brand and visual style - Turning ideas, copy, and references into clean, engaging graphics - Using Canva (or other tools of your preference) efficiently to produce designs quickly without sacrificing quality - Using AI when helpful while ensuring the final result still feels thoughtfully designed We’re looking for someone who is fast, reliable, detail-oriented, and consistent. You should be comfortable working with a relatively high volume of designs and hitting deadlines every day. NOTE: DO NOT apply if you aren't able to work daily and deliver 15 of these graphic designs each day. Questions to answer when applying: 1. Please share 3–5 examples of your recent work that are most similar to the Instagram examples above. 2. On a scale of 1–10, how reliable would you rate yourself when it comes to meeting daily deadlines? Why? 3. Are you comfortable producing 10–15 finished graphics per day, 5 days per week? 4. If we give you a reference design and the copy, approximately how long would it take you to create 5 finished graphics? 6. How do you make sure AI-assisted designs don’t look obviously AI-generated? 7. What is your current availability, are you currently employed by someone else? and are you able to work with us consistently 5 days per week?
