Graphic Designer and VA

Creative Virtual Assistant + Graphic Designer Please read the full description. Looking for a temp Graphic Designer and Creative Virtual Assistant who can assign and check tasks, take strong notes, create custom graphics in Canva (bonus points for Photoshop/Adobe), and create project briefs. Must be tech-savvy, a pro with using AI, and available for check-ins during CST hours. This role is for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive,CREATIVE, and organized. Important: Must be responsive during CST hours (2pm to 7pm). Must have a VPN for secure work. Experience in marketing, social media management, project managment, and creative industries. Must-Have Skills & Requirements • Someone very creative that can take branding guidelines and create from scratch • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or similar) • Skilled in Canva (bonus points for knowledge of Photoshop/Adobe) • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools quickly • Professional and not afraid to be client-facing • Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable • Weekly project calls 20 hours a month to start time will need to be tracked and sent as a report.
