Graphic Designer for Art Edits

Looking for a freelance graphic designer to make edits on existing art and sometimes design work from scratch for print. The candidate will need to be able to understand how to upscale low quality artwork for production, do some edits in photoshop, and create quality vector images from low quality .pngs, sometimes adding additional or removing text to the images. The candidate is ideally working on East Coast US time +/- 3 hours. Most artwork is vector, but Photoshop skills are also needed. Turnaround time on projects is paramount and basic edits and adjustments should be done in the same day, larger products turned around in 24 hours. This is not a single project but an ongoing relationship with our company probably 5 hours a week ongoing.
