Graphic Designer for Cafe Branding

We're looking for a graphic designer to create social media content for a cafe client. The role consists of designing 2 graphic posts or carousels per week. Some posts will be very straightforward, while others will require more creativity and design input. We will provide direction, references, and branding guidelines, but we're looking for someone who can take an idea and turn it into content that looks professional, engaging, and aligned with the brand. Responsibilities: Design 2 graphic posts or carousels per week. Create visually appealing content for Instagram and Facebook. Follow branding guidelines and maintain a consistent look across all content. Design both simple promotional posts and more creative carousel-style content. Deliver revisions quickly when requested. Meet deadlines consistently. Requirements: Experience designing social media content for businesses. Strong understanding of layout, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy. Ability to create content that feels custom and branded, not generic or template-driven. Strong communication and reliability. Ability to work independently while following creative direction. Important: Some posts will be simple and require minimal design work. Other posts will require creativity and a stronger design eye. We care more about quality and consistency than volume.
