Graphic Designer for Cinematic YouTube Thumbnails

I’m looking for a graphic designer to create highly cinematic YouTube thumbnails for a documentary/storytelling style channel focused on emotional human stories, science, healthcare, chronic illness, and investigative-style content. This is NOT “YouTube bro” editing.
