Graphic Designer for Facebook Visual Identity

Summary

I am setting up a Facebook Page and need a graphic designer to create a professional visual identity for it. Please review the party website for context, message, tone, and organisational identity: (link removed)/ The website currently uses a deliberately black-and-white aesthetic as a metaphor: “it’s black and white.” The Facebook design does not need to copy this visual style. The Facebook page may use a broader, more engaging visual treatment suitable for social media, provided it remains serious, credible, and consistent with the party’s civic tone. Section [X]: Facebook Site Implementation & Security Protocols [X].1 Scope of Work: Facebook Page Implementation The Contractor is responsible for the complete end-to-end setup, configuration, and optimization of the Client’s Facebook Business Page. The implementation requirements include, but are not limited to: Creation and structuring of the Facebook Business Page in alignment with the Client’s brand guidelines. Upload and formatting of profile and cover imagery. Completion of all core business information fields (About section, contact details, operating hours, website links). Configuration of automated messaging, action buttons (CTAs), and relevant page tabs. Integration with the Client’s broader Meta Business Suite assets (e.g., Instagram, Pixel) if applicable to the project scope. Access and Security Protocols (Partner Access Requirement) To ensure data security and operational integrity, the Client strictly prohibits the sharing of direct login credentials (usernames and passwords). Business Manager Requirement: The Contractor must possess and maintain their own Meta Business Manager account. Method of Access: All access to the Client’s assets will be granted exclusively via "Partner Access" within Meta Business Manager. Provisioning: Upon commencement of the agreement, the Contractor shall provide their Meta Business Manager ID to the Client. The Client will then assign the Contractor as a Partner with the specific permissions necessary to execute the scope of work (e.g., Page Editor or Admin, Ad Account Advertiser). Revocation: The Client reserves the right to immediately revoke Partner Access upon project completion, termination of this agreement, or at their sole discretion. Compliance: Any request by the Contractor for the Client's personal login credentials will be considered a breach of this specification. Scope of work Please design a Facebook Page visual package including: Facebook cover image Desktop and mobile-safe layout Clear central message Must crop well across Facebook desktop and mobile views Profile image Logo or emblem-style image "ARP" Must remain clear when shown as a small circular icon Pinned post graphic A strong “start here” or introductory graphic Suitable for explaining the page’s purpose at a glance Post templates 3–5 reusable Facebook post templates For announcements, quotes/statements, article links, event notices, and general updates Optional Simple brand colour palette Font recommendations Canva-editable templates Basic usage guide showing how the assets should be used Desired style Professional, clean, credible, and suitable for a public-facing organisation. The design should feel serious and trustworthy rather than flashy or gimmicky. The page should work as a public noticeboard and trust-building channel, with clear visual links back to the main website/brand. There must be a discreet but readable footer/watermark area on relevant Facebook graphics for an AEC authorisation statement. For mock-ups, you may use placeholder text such as: “Authorised by [Name], [Party/Organisation], [Suburb, State]”. This is placeholder text only. The final legal wording will be provided separately and must be inserted exactly as supplied. Deliverables Please provide: Final Facebook cover image Final profile image Pinned post graphic 3–5 post templates Editable source files, preferably Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma Exported PNG/JPEG files ready for upload Clear notes on image dimensions and safe areas Important constraints Please do not propose a custom Facebook layout or website-style redesign. Facebook Pages have limited design flexibility. The goal is to create strong branded assets that work inside Facebook’s standard layout. Freelancer requirements The ideal freelancer should have: Experience designing Facebook Page assets A portfolio showing social media branding work Good understanding of desktop/mobile cropping Ability to create clean, reusable templates Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma Suggested milestone structure: Initial concept direction Cover/profile image draft Post template set Final exported files and editable templates
