Graphic Designer for Growing Creative Agency (Ongoing Work)

We're a fast-growing ecommerce brand (hair and skincare space) launching our marketing campaign this week, and I'm building out a small, lean creative team to help pull it off. I'm looking for a graphic designer who can take our Creative Director Sean's direction and just run with it, someone who can turn a brief into a polished, on-brand visual without needing a ton of hand-holding. This is a technical execution role, not a creative-direction role: Sean sets the vision, I need someone who can bring it to life fast and beautifully. What you'd be doing: - Turning briefs and direction from Sean into clean, on-brand visuals - Designing for paid social ads, our website, email, and packaging as needed - Iterating quickly based on feedback — fast turnaround matters here - Keeping everything consistent with our brand guidelines What I'm looking for: 1. Strong fundamentals — typography, layout, color, brand systems 2. Comfortable executing someone else's vision rather than pushing your own 3. Bonus if you've designed for ecommerce, DTC, or beauty brands before 4. Fast without sacrificing quality 5. A real portfolio (required) Rate is around $10–20/hr depending on experience, part-time/freelance and fully remote. You'd be reporting directly to Sean, our Creative Director.
