Graphic Designer for Healthcare Physician Fax Templates

We are looking for a graphic designer to create professional physician fax templates for our dental sleep medicine practice. We will provide: * All written content * Medical citations and references * Headlines * Logos and branding * Call-to-action * Photos and graphics (if needed) Your responsibility is to: * Design clean, professional one-page fax templates * Create layouts that are easy for busy physicians to read * Organize information with clear headings, callout boxes, and visual hierarchy * Develop reusable templates that can be customized for different medical specialties (Cardiology, Primary Care, Neurology, Psychiatry, ENT, FMCSA Medical Examiners, etc.) * Deliver editable files (Canva preferred; Adobe Illustrator or InDesign also acceptable) along with print-ready PDFs This is not a medical writing or research project. We will provide all of the content—you will focus on creating attractive, high-converting physician marketing pieces. Ideal Qualifications * Experience designing healthcare or medical marketing materials * Strong graphic design and typography skills * Experience creating print-ready documents * Canva or Adobe Creative Suite proficiency * Ability to maintain consistent branding across multiple specialty-specific templates Please include samples of brochures, flyers, one-page sell sheets, physician marketing materials, or fax templates you’ve designed. Experience with healthcare or medical practices is preferred. B2B experience a plus.
