Graphic Designer for High-Converting Employer Branding & Recruitment Ads

Most recruitment ads fail because of poor creative, not poor targeting. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who understands how to create ads that stop the scroll, communicate a clear message, and drive action. This is not a role for someone who only makes things look good. We're looking for someone who understands conversion-focused design and can create ad creatives that generate applications, engagement, and brand awareness. What You'll Work On You'll design creatives for: Employer branding campaigns Recruitment marketing campaigns Job advertising campaigns LinkedIn ads Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads Talent attraction campaigns Candidate engagement campaigns Organic social media content The goal is simple: create visually strong creatives that help employers attract better talent. What We're Looking For You have experience designing performance-driven social media ads and understand the difference between a beautiful design and a high-performing ad. You should be able to: Design static ads, carousels, and social content Work within existing brand guidelines Translate marketing concepts into compelling visuals Create multiple creative variations for testing Deliver assets optimized for different platforms Requirements Strong portfolio with social media ad creatives Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Figma Understanding of branding and visual storytelling Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Fluent written English Nice to Have Experience in recruitment, HR, or employer branding Motion design skills Experience creating video ads Familiarity with AI design tools Understanding of performance marketing principles To Apply Please send: Your portfolio 3 ad creatives you're most proud of A short explanation of why you think some social ads convert while others don't Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.
