Graphic Designer for Medical/Wellness Ads & Print

Vital Flow Infusions is a local IV therapy, vitamin injection, NAD+, and medically supervised GLP-1 weight-loss clinic in Sioux Falls. We are looking for a reliable part-time contract graphic designer who can create clean, professional marketing graphics and follow detailed briefs well. This is not a brand strategy role. We need a strong production designer with good typography, crop judgment, mobile readability, and attention to detail. Most work will include: - Meta/Facebook/Instagram ad graphics - Text overlays on clinic and stock photos - Cropping and resizing for Feed, Stories, Reels, Google Ads, website, and email - Simple promotional graphics - Flyers, handouts, posters, banners, and event materials - Promotional product layouts - Light photo cleanup - Reusable branded templates Our brand direction is clean, premium, local, medical/wellness, and trustworthy. We want to avoid hype, giant text blocks, heavy shadows, glows, excessive gradients, blurred filler backgrounds, stretched photos, awkward crops, unnecessary added branding elements, and generic AI-looking wellness graphics. We typically use Vital Flow blue #4DA7D1 and dark navy #0E2C61. Font direction is usually Poppins, Montserrat, or a similarly clean modern sans-serif. We want to begin with a small paid fixed-price test project. The test will include one Meta feed ad and one Stories/Reels version using provided clinic photos, copy, brand colors, and design direction. If it is a strong fit, we would likely end that contract and rehire under an hourly contract for ongoing part-time work. Please answer the screening questions when submitting your proposal.
