Graphic Designer for Real Estate & Industrial Brand Identity + Print Collateral

Overview We are hiring a graphic designer with proven experience working with real estate developers. We operate two related brands and need help finalizing our brand identity and producing a set of print-ready design assets. Reference materials (company presentations, PDFs, and image assets) will be shared with the selected freelancer via a shared drive. About the brands Crystal Real Estate — our real estate development brand. Some brand elements (colors, fonts) already exist and need to be refined, finalized, and locked into a consistent system. Crystal Group — our India-based group focused on logistics, industrial, and commercial. We will provide PPT presentations and PDFs for you to review so you understand the brand before proposing direction. Scope of work Brand identity system (Crystal Real Estate): Define and lock down the full brand foundation — primary and secondary color palettes, theme, fonts/typography, type sizing, and usage rules — delivered as a clear, reusable reference. Logo design & structuring: Restructure and redesign the Crystal Real Estate logo. Produce a clean, print-ready logo for Crystal Group. All logos delivered as scalable vector files suitable for print. Event flyer (Crystal Group): Design a print-ready flyer for an upcoming event in India. This is a standalone deliverable intended for professional printing and physical distribution. Requirements Demonstrated graphic design experience with real estate developers (please share a relevant portfolio). Strong brand identity and logo design skills. Experience preparing print-ready and vector files (e.g., Adobe Illustrator). Ability to work from provided reference materials and propose clear direction. What we'll provide Company presentations (PPT) and PDFs for both brands. Image assets via a shared drive. Existing brand elements for Crystal Real Estate.
