Graphic Designer for T-Shirt Graphics

We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape Neutonic's growing apparel range. This role is focused on creating bold, original graphics for t-shirts, hoodies and other garments that reflect our brand and connect with our audience. You'll work from creative briefs while also bringing your own ideas to the table. We're looking for someone with strong conceptual thinking who can develop graphics from initial idea through to production-ready artwork. Responsibilities - Create original graphics and artwork for apparel collections. - Develop concepts that align with the Neutonic brand while pushing creative ideas forward. - Collaborate with our team to refine designs and explore new creative directions. - Prepare print-ready artwork for production. - Create factory-ready files and tech packs where required. - Ensure all artwork is accurate, organised and production-ready. Requirements - Strong portfolio showcasing apparel, streetwear or graphic design work. - Excellent typography, layout and illustration skills. - Ability to translate creative concepts into commercially strong designs. - Experience preparing print-ready files for garment production. - Experience creating tech packs is a bonus. - Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
