We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create engaging social media content and high-performing Meta ad creatives for an AI-powered resume builder platform. This is an ongoing opportunity for the right person. We are looking for someone who understands both good design and performance marketing, and can create visuals that attract attention and drive conversions. Responsibilities Design static social media posts for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Create Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad creatives Design carousel ads and promotional graphics Develop multiple creative variations for testing Maintain consistent branding across all creatives Turn marketing copy into visually compelling designs Requirements Experience designing social media content and paid ad creatives Strong portfolio showcasing Meta ads and social media designs Proficiency in Canva, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools Ability to follow brand guidelines while bringing creative ideas Good communication and ability to meet deadlines Preferred Experience with SaaS, AI, recruitment, career, or technology brands Understanding of direct-response and performance marketing Experience creating creatives optimized for lead generation and conversions To Apply Please include: Relevant portfolio examples Examples of Meta ad creatives you have designed Your preferred design tools Your availability We are looking for a long-term partner and will have ongoing work available for the right fit. $10
