Graphic Designer for Static Ads (Health/Wellness DTC Brand, Long-Term + Performance Bonus)

We are Archly, a DTC brand selling orthopedic compression socks. We run paid social at volume. We need a designer who produces static ads with AI as the main engine, not as a side tool. This role is static ads only. No video, no editing, no motion. What you'll do: Take our scripts, hooks and angles and turn them into finished static ads Generate the imagery yourself with AI. You write the prompts, you iterate, you get the shot we asked for. Composite AI output with real product shots so the product stays accurate and believable Clean up AI artifacts. Hands, feet, fabric, text. Nothing ships looking generated. Deliver in 4:5, 1:1 and 9:16, export-ready Build variations of winning concepts so we can test at volume Requirements. This part matters: Deep, hands-on AI image generation experience. Midjourney, Nano Banana, Flux, Seedream, Ideogram, ChatGPT image, whatever you use. Tell us exactly which tools and how you use them. You can prompt for a specific result, not just whatever the model feels like giving you. Character consistency, product consistency, lighting control, reference images, inpainting, editing. Strong Photoshop or equivalent for retouching and composition. AI gets you 80 percent. You finish the other 20. Real experience designing paid social ads for e-commerce. Direct response, not brand art. Fast turnaround and clear communication. We move quickly. Bonus: health, wellness, medical or comfort products Setup: Ongoing work, not a one-off.
