Graphic Designer for cinematic eye-catching YouTube thumbnails

Looking for an experienced graphic designer to design 3 Thumbnails (to start). You will work alongside our creative director for this project. You must be technically proficient with Adobe Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite products and services. We have project specifications upon request. What you will be responsible for creating: Your job will be to take concepts inspired by short documentaries and create cinematic, and informative YouTube thumbnails that are unique and different from the typical cotton candy, run-of-the-mill, YouTube thumbnails we are all accustomed to seeing. We want someone who is motivated to think outside the norm and who has the skills to create something fresh and new alongside us. This project will start off with creating these first 3 YouTube thumbnail and if the team likes it, we will continue to work with you as there are more than 50+ YouTube thumbnails that need to be created over the next few months.
