Graphic Designer for E-commerce Beauty Brand – Full Time

We’re a fast-growing e-commerce beauty brand, scaling quickly through Meta Ads. With demand increasing and our creative volume growing every week, we’re now looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who specializes in high-converting ad creatives for Meta. We’re looking for someone who: - Has designed for eCommerce brands before - Understands direct-response marketing and ad creative best practices - Can create scroll-stopping static ads, carousels, and other performance-driven creatives - Cares about performance, not just aesthetics - Communicates clearly, meets deadlines, and takes feedback well - Wants a long-term role, not freelance hopping What You Get • Wants a stable, long-term position • $6/h + $300 USD bonus for every winning creative • Weekly creative coaching and performance breakdowns • 40 hours/week More About Our Team Right now we are 3 creative strategists, 3 video editors, and 1 graphic designer. Each creative strategist works closely with creative production, and we’re now looking to add another graphic designer to support our growing volume. We have our creative system set up in Notion, making it easy to follow processes and workflows. We do a weekly call where we go through performance learnings, creative insights, and new ideas.
