Responsibilities: – Collaborate with the Creative Director to conceptualize and execute design solutions that align with client objectives and brand strategies. – Create visually stunning and cohesive designs for a wide range of projects, including design systems, digital marketing assets, web experiences, traditional print materials, packaging, and more. – Utilize your expertise in branding, typography, and layout to develop visually compelling and memorable designs that effectively communicate brand messaging. – Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to ensure our designs are innovative and on the cutting edge. – Maintain brand consistency and adhere to established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas and creative approaches to each project. Requirements: – Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma. – A solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design, with a keen eye for detail. – Good communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts. – The ability to take feedback constructively and incorporate it into design iterations. – Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. – A passion for design and a curiosity for exploring new techniques, trends, and emerging technologies.
