Graphic Designer - shop posters, events, signs and misc (brand guide set)

Graphic designer — three Brenham brands, one-off pieces I own three businesses in Brenham: Ballad of the Bird Dog (upland apparel), Mescalito Coffee, and 1844 Liquor. Each one has its own brand guide. What I keep needing isn't someone to run a template. I need someone who can look at a real spot in one of my stores, figure out what belongs there, and build it. Here's a normal job. My marketer hands me a QR code and the copy for a POS sign-up form. I take a photo of the counter where it'll go. I send you all of it. You come back and tell me what the piece should be — a counter card, a framed sign, a window decal, whatever fits the spot — and then you make it so it's on brand and ready to print. What I need from you: Real design chops. Layout, type, the eye. The ability to hold three different brand looks in your head without muddying them. You think about where a piece actually lives. The counter, the lighting, how close people stand to read it. Clean handoff. The printer should have no questions, and my barista should know exactly where the thing goes. You ask before you guess. Tell me what you design in — Illustrator, Figma, whatever you use. The first job is paid, and it's a test. I'll send you a photo of a POS area, the content from my marketer, and the brand guide for that business. I want three things back: what you'd make for that spot and why, a rough mockup (doesn't need to be finished art), and the print details — size, material, what the printer gets. I care more about how you think it through than how polished the first pass looks. [Contract, paid per piece.
