Graphic Designer with UI+UX + Figma Experience

UI/UX Designer Summary We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help shape the visual and user experience of our AI software across all platforms. You'll be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, compelling landing pages, and ensuring a cohesive design system that enhances user engagement and satisfaction. Beyond visuals, we're looking for someone who can think strategically about the product, someone who deeply understands how our users think, what they're trying to accomplish, and how to remove friction and confusion at every step. Key Responsibilities UI/UX Design: Create user-centered designs for our Chrome extension, web app, and mobile applications Product & User Thinking: Understand user mental models and workflows deeply enough to identify where people get confused or drop off, and design solutions that make the product more intuitive Engagement & Retention Design: Design experiences that are genuinely satisfying to use, reducing friction, building useful habits, and giving users real reasons to come back Landing Page Design: Design high-converting landing pages and marketing materials Design System: Develop and maintain a consistent design system across all platforms User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions Prototyping: Create interactive prototypes and wireframes using Figma Cross-platform Consistency: Ensure seamless user experience across Chrome extension, web, and mobile platforms Feature Design: Collaborate with product and development teams to design new features and improvements Brand Development: Contribute to brand identity and visual guidelines Required Skills & Experience Design Skills Graphic Design: Strong foundation in visual design principles, typography, and color theory UI Design: Experience designing modern, clean, and intuitive user interfaces UX Design: Understanding of user experience principles, user journey mapping, and information architecture Product Thinking: Ability to think beyond the screen, understanding the "why" behind user behavior and translating that into design decisions that improve engagement and reduce confusion Responsive Design: Experience designing for multiple screen sizes and devices Technical Skills Figma: Advanced, hands-on proficiency in Figma (primary design tool, you'll need to demonstrate this) Design Systems: Experience creating and maintaining design systems Prototyping: Ability to create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions Chrome Extension Design: Understanding of Chrome extension UI constraints and best practices (preferred) Mobile Design: Experience with iOS and Android design guidelines Additional Requirements Understanding of modern design trends and AI/tech industry standards Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment Video Submission: - Create a short Loom video (3-5 minutes) demonstrating: - Your design process walkthrough using Figma - Examples of your UI/UX work - How you approach designing for different platforms Test Task: Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a short design task in Figma so we can see how you work in practice — this helps us confirm hands-on Figma fluency and get a feel for your problem-solving approach before moving forward.
