Graphic Designer with AI Tools

We are Voosh Digital, a full service marketing & design agency with a focus on data driven decisions. We are seaking a strong all around designer for our growing list of clients with ongoing work. A strong candidate for this role will be someone with not only polished design skills and a detail oriented eye, but someone who can proactivly find areas of improvmenet, assist in leading design strategy, and optimize designs and workflows. We're looking for someone who is a self-starter, takes innitiative, and can be responsible for the success of a project with little hand holding. *This is a part-time, long-term opportunity for someone who can contribute to ongoing design projects. **Freelance role with potential for part-time/full-time. (No agencies please). ***Please provide portfolio examples that demonstrate: mobile first designs, email, digital banners, design thinking. REQUIRED - Work US hours (MST, PST, EST, CST). - Be willing and able to join meetings with your camera on. - Figma: Must be proficient in components, autolayout, and design systems. - Examples of mobile designs. (email, web, ios, social, any of those are fine). - MidJourney (or similar AI image generation tools). - Strong communication and articulation skills. (Need to be able to explain your designs). NICE TO HAVE, but not required. - Email design experience. BIG plus. - CIO template & component building. Even BIGGER plus. - Healthcare, fitness, or similar industry experience. - Ability to demonstrate design thinking, articulate design concepts that tie into a theme. - A sense of humor 🤪 I look forward to reviewing your applications!
