Graphic Designer

Required Qualifications: • Good Communication Skills. • At least 1 yr. of work experience as a Graphic Designer • Efficient with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop (InDesign appreciated) • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Products and familiar with using CRM tools • Knowledge in using online calendars such as Outlook and Calendly. • Works in a professional manner • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment • Detail-oriented. Strong sense of creativity, ownership, and culture fit Responsibilities: • Creation of various graphics and marketing content (Socials Graphics, Flyers, Postcards, Website Graphics, Motion Graphics) • Uphold brand guidelines and compliance requirements. • Ability to edit large PDFs in InDesign is appreciated but not required • Can connect with the Manager at any time to provide assistance and updates. • Develop and pitch creative concepts and campaigns • Collaborate with internal teams to align on branding and messaging • Efficiently create paths and delegate tasks, as needed.  • Leverage AI tools and automation to streamline workflows and improve efficiency • Can create Forms, Social Copies, Upload, and Update requests in CRM Tools. • Stay updated with trends in design, social media, and emerging technologies • Only engage with Nations Lending employees and not with external contacts or borrowers. System Requirements: • Connection Speed: at least 100 mbps. with available backup internet. • Computer/Laptop Specs: Processor i5 or above, 16GB RAM or greater, and Solid State (SSD) 250GB or greater. Video Display: Full HD 1080p or greater. • Operating System Windows 11 version 24H2, Pro or Enterprise / macOS Tahoe 26 • A Dual Monitor/Screen is a plus.
