Graphic Operator for Print-Ready Files, Mockups and Transparent PNGs

We are looking for a reliable freelance graphic designer or graphic agency to support us with recurring graphic production tasks for customized products, gadgets, apparel and printed materials. We have developed our own software platform to manage orders from companies that sell customized merchandise. The workflow will be mostly managed through our internal interface: graphic operators will log in, see the available tasks, download the required files and upload the completed work. This is mainly a technical/production graphic role, not only a creative design role. Typical tasks Most of the work will include: Placing approved artwork into supplier templates. Preparing print-ready PDFs according to supplier guidelines. Creating customer mockups / approval previews. Removing backgrounds from customer artwork. Creating transparent PNG files. Cleaning and adapting logos or images supplied by customers. Preparing artwork for different print areas and product templates. Checking margins, bleed, safe areas, dimensions and file quality. Creating specific production layers when required by the supplier. Example task I have attached an example job to give an idea of the type of work and to receive an estimated cost. In this example, we have a business card front and back. The client wants a special finishing on the front side, so we need to create a specific layer with selected elements, for example the name or other features, according to the supplier’s production requirements. Workflow For each task, we will provide: Customer artwork or logo. Product information. Supplier template. Supplier technical guidelines. Required output format. Notes about what must be prepared. You will usually need to return: A customer preview/mockup, when required. A production-ready PDF or file. Transparent PNG files, when required. Any notes if the customer artwork is not suitable or needs correction. Important At the moment, we do not know the exact monthly volume. We are currently looking for new partners and the goal is to increase the number of orders over time. For this reason, we are looking for freelancers or agencies available for an ongoing collaboration with flexible volume. Required skills Please apply only if you have experience with: Adobe Illustrator. Adobe Photoshop. PDF print-ready files. Supplier templates. Background removal / cut-out work. Transparent PNG preparation. Vector and raster file management. Basic prepress rules: bleed, margins, safe area, resolution, layers. Experience with custom merchandise, apparel, gadgets, business cards, DTF, UV printing, sublimation, embroidery, screen printing or similar production workflows is appreciated. Extra skills Please also tell us if you are able to create small graphic designs when needed, for example: Simple layouts. Small custom designs. Logo cleaning or vectorization. Basic product mockups.
