Graphic Production VA – Social Media Content (Luma / AI Design Tools)

We're a social media marketing agency producing monthly LinkedIn content batches for B2B clients. We have a slick production process — and we need someone to own it. This is not a creative role. The copy and briefs are done. Your job is to take those briefs, run them through our graphics tool (Luma), QA the outputs against brand and layout standards, and manage the client feedback loop — uploading revisions and checking them back through QA until they're publish-ready. **What you'll be doing:** - Uploading production briefs into Luma and running graphic generation - QA-ing every output against a clear checklist (copy accuracy, brand, layout, LinkedIn specs) - Managing client revision requests and turning them around quickly - Working independently — we don't want to babysit this process **You're a fit if:** - You have a good design eye — you know when something looks off even if you can't always say exactly why - You're genuinely comfortable with AI-powered tools and pick up new platforms fast - You're organised, detail-oriented, and self-directed - You move quickly and communicate clearly when something needs flagging **You're not a fit if:** - You need hand-holding to complete a task - You're uncomfortable working with tech that isn't traditional Photoshop/Canva This is an ongoing role with regular monthly work.
