Graphic design for white paper

We're DG+, a marketing, communications, and creative agency specializing in clean tech and renewables. We're looking for a skilled graphic designer to format and design a long-form white paper for one of our clients. You'll take a ~120-page first draft and transform it into a polished, publication-ready white paper. Your role is layout, typography, formatting, and some charts. Deliverable: Fully designed and formatted white paper Length: ~120 pages (first draft; final may vary) Program: Word or InDesign (TBD — flexibility here is a plus) Timeline: June (2-4 weeks) Estimated hours: 40–60 hrs total What We're Looking For Strong portfolio showing long-form document design (white papers, reports, annual reports, or similar) Proficiency in InDesign and/or Word at a professional level Experience working with charts and data visuals within layouts Clean, precise formatting sensibility — this is a professional B2B document in the clean energy space Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines To apply, please share relevant work samples and your hourly rate.
