We’re looking for a freelance App Graphic Designer (Visual UI) to take our already built, functional application and elevate its aesthetic to a world-class level. This is not a traditional UX role; the core logic and app mechanics are already built. Responsibilities - Redesign the visual layers of our existing app, elevating the overall look and feel, color harmony, gradients, and micro-aesthetic details across all screens. Something very close to this: https://www.behance.net/gallery/250827009/FlowBoard-x-Perfogro-Ltd?tracking_source=search_projects%7Cmobile+app+design&l=6 - Establish a cohesive Visual Design System for the app, including typography hierarchies, component states (buttons, inputs, cards), and navigation bars. - Create custom graphic assets for the app such as premium icons, custom illustrations, dashboard widgets, and background textures that fit our brand identity. - Collaborate closely with our application developers to ensure your static designs, guidelines, and visual assets can be seamlessly implemented into the app's code. - Audit the current app interface to identify and fix visual inconsistencies, layout alignment issues, and text readability gaps on different screen layouts. - Use tools like Notion and Slack to present design iterations, deliver assets, and coordinate with the technical team. REQUIREMENTS We are specifically looking for someone who: - Has an outstanding portfolio focused exclusively on App Interfaces (UI) and app graphic design (we want to see beautiful application screens, clean dashboards, and polished interface styles). - Mastery of Figma is a must (all app prototypes and handoffs to our developers will happen here). - Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop for custom icon and app asset creation. - Has experience or interest in fintech apps, trading tools, or data-driven dashboard aesthetics (a huge plus). - An absolute obsession with pixel-perfect design, typography contrast, grid alignment, and modern app trends (glassmorphism, dark-mode styling, clean minimalism). - Ability to work within the constraints of an already functioning app...knowing how to make a maximum visual impact with realistic frontend changes. - Familiarity with Notion, Slack, and remote team workflows.
