Graphic designer to help make our clients look great

First, I know it's HARD to find great companies to work for. We try hard to be one of the great ones. We try our best to provide clear expectations, lots of communication, and be friendly, responsive, and fun to work with. This is a LONG-TERM position. Our designer has been with us for over ten years, but she is moving into teaching, so that leaves a spot on the team! We specialize in working for HVAC (heating and air) companies and do everything for them, from web development, content, social media to local SEO. When it comes to design work, we do everything from helping design social media posts, sales material, billboards, postcards, yard signs, flyers, pamphlets, review cards and more for our clients. I need somebody with actual design experience using Photoshop or Adobe type design software, not just Canva. I put together a small test job to see if you have the skills we need and if we are a good job. * The test job will be to make a one sheet flyer similar to the ones below using the website www hvac birthday wishes dot com as an example and the idea we want to share with sales leads. I attached 4 documents that we mail out to sales leads to show them who we are and what we do. I need your help making a new sheet sharing the brand new idea we created about the birthday postcards from the website I mentioned above. If you could take the idea on that website and make a one sheet (front and back) flyer, that comes close to matching the look and feel of the flyers below, that would let me know you have the skills we need and would be a good fit for our team.
