GROWN-UP LOVE SOCIETY™ LinkedIn Services Deck + Banner SOP Brief Final Designer Execution Instructions 1. Project Overview This project includes: A 10-slide LinkedIn Services Deck A matching LinkedIn profile banner Final delivery inside a Canva folder Editable Canva slides, tagged and labeled PDF delivery for LinkedIn upload PNG exports of each slide Exact image placement using client-provided images This is a precision execution project, not creative exploration. The copy, image placement, tone, typography, spacing, colors, and CTA language must be followed exactly. No changes, substitutions, additions, or reinterpretations may be made without prior written approval. 2. Brand Positioning Brand Name Grown-Up Love Society™ Audience Accomplished women 45+ who are professionally successful and ready for love to feel like a soft landing, not another work project. Brand Feeling The design should feel: Private Editorial Quietly luxurious Emotionally intelligent Institutional Mature Refined Invitational Calm, not loud Selective, not urgent Visual References The tone should evoke: Oxford editorial restraint Aspen Institute intellectual refinement Harvard alumni-style credibility Quiet luxury private society branding The design must not feel like: A coaching sales deck A webinar funnel A motivational quote deck A loud social media carousel A generic Canva template A self-help graphic pack 3. Core Design Principle This deck should feel like a woman has entered a private room where her intelligence, discernment, and emotional life are respected. The right viewer should feel: “I know this room.” “I know this exhaustion.” “I want to be considered.” 4. Global Execution Rules Non-Negotiables Follow the SOP exactly. Do not rewrite copy. Do not change CTA language. Do not substitute images. Do not add icons. Do not add decorative graphics. Do not center body copy. Do not change fonts. Do not introduce new colors. Do not flatten text in Canva. Do not use thumbnails as final images. Do not make alternate versions unless requested. Do not proceed with creative changes without written approval. Any deviation from the SOP is considered incomplete work and must be corrected before approval. 5. Required Canva Folder Structure Create one Canva folder titled: GULS LinkedIn Services Deck Final Inside the folder, include: Editable 10-slide Canva deck LinkedIn-ready PDF 10 individual PNG slide exports LinkedIn banner PNG and JPG Link confirmation note Any placed original images used in the deck, if Canva allows organization inside the folder 6. Canva Slide Labels Each slide must be labeled/tagged inside Canva as follows: Slide 1 Cover Slide 2 The Women Who Belong Slide 3 The Opening Tension Slide 4 The Reframe Slide 5 The Path Slide 6 Mature Love Signal Slide 7 The Environment Slide 8 Woman’s Growth Slide 9 Founder Highlights Slide 10 Invitation CTA This naming must be visible inside Canva so the deck can be edited later without confusion. 7. Brand Colors Use only the following brand colors: Do not add bright colors, gradients, or saturated accents. 8. Typography Headline Font Playfair Display Use for: Slide titles Major headline moments GULS brand name Large editorial statements Recommended sizes: Body Font Inter or Source Sans Pro Use for: Body copy Footer lines Micro-copy CTA button copy Recommended sizes: Line Spacing Use generous line spacing: 1.4 to 1.6 The deck must feel spacious, controlled, and editorial. 9. Slide Grid for PDF Deck All slides must be built in: 1920 × 1080 px 16:9 landscape format Use a 12-column grid. Standard Slide Grid For Slides 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, and 10: Text-Dominant Slide Grid For Slides 3, 8, and 9: Special Slide Grid: Slide 7 10. Image Use Rules Client will provide exact images. Do not substitute images without written approval. Critical Rule The thumbnail chart is for placement reference only. Do not use thumbnails as final deck photos. Final deck must use the original high-resolution images provided by the client. If only a thumbnail version is available, stop and notify Patricia before using it. Image Style Requirements All photos must feel: Mature Editorial Warm Composed Quiet luxury Emotionally intelligent Refined Calm, not performative People in images should convey: Accomplished women 45+ Small closed-mouth smiles Neutral wardrobe No visible rings on fingers Calm facial expressions Mature body language No exaggerated laughter No commercial stock-photo energy Direction Rule When people appear on the right side of a slide, they should generally face or angle left toward the copy. This creates visual flow from image to text. 11. Required Image Placement Chart Exact images will be supplied by Patricia. Leave space for exact photo placement until original image files are provided. 12. Slide Narrative Arc The deck must follow this emotional and strategic sequence: The Opening Introduce GULS as a private society for accomplished women 45+. The Women Who Belong Mirror the woman who has built a successful life and now wants love to feel different. The Opening Tension Name the quiet exhaustion of effort and emotional labor. The Reframe Shift from seeking better men to refining perception. The Path Introduce Self-Trust, Discernment, and Emotional Intelligence as the internal structure. The Relationship That Signals Mature Love Show that mature love feels grounded, reciprocal, emotionally safe, and unforced. The Environment Present GULS as a room where nothing needs to be performed, proven, or chased. The Woman’s Growth Show the internal shift from reaction to discernment and self-trust. Founder Highlights Establish Patricia’s quiet authority and decades of relational work. CTA: A Few Spots Opening Invite the viewer to request a private invitation for limited Founding Conversations. 13. Exact Slide Copy Slide 1: The Opening Grown-Up Love Society™ A private society for accomplished women 45+ Ready for love to feel like a soft landing. Not a work project. Optional small top line: By Invitation Only Slide 2: The Women Who Belong You have built a life that works. Respected. Accomplished. Self-led. And yet… love has not followed the same clarity. Slide 3: The Opening Tension Not for lack of effort. But because effort was never the answer. Emotional labor has quietly replaced ease. Slide 4: The Reframe You are not seeking better men. You are refining perception. What feels grounded. What feels reciprocal. What feels emotionally safe. Slide 5: The Path Self-Trust Discernment Emotional Intelligence Not as concepts. As lived recognition. Slide 6: The Relationship That Signals Mature Love Mature love does not ask you to abandon yourself for connection. It feels grounded. It feels reciprocal. It feels emotionally safe. Slide 7: The Environment A place where nothing needs to be performed. Nothing needs to be proven. Nothing needs to be chased. Only a practiced decision to choose discernment, to trust yourself, and to receive love that feels like a soft landing. Slide 8: The Woman’s Growth You begin to recognize what you once explained away. You begin to trust what your body already knew. You begin to choose what feels calm, mutual, and true. Slide 9: Founder Highlights This work is guided by a lifetime of relational observation and quiet pattern recognition. Guided by decades of relational work across education, media, and private advisory. Slide 10: Invitation CTA Request a Private Invitation A few Founding Conversation spots are opening for accomplished women 45+. These are private, thoughtful conversations to explore alignment. CTA button: Request Invitation Micro-copy: Private invitation link provided in the accompanying post. 14. CTA Placement Rules CTA should appear only in restrained ways. Slide 9 Small text CTA only: Request Invitation This should be subtle, not a button. Slide 10 Primary CTA button: Request Invitation The button must be aligned with the left edge of the title and body copy. No urgent language. No “apply now.” No “book now.” No “click here.” 15. Live Link Instructions for Slide 10 The Slide 10 CTA button must link to the landing page. The client will provide the final landing page URL. Designer must apply the URL to: Slide 10 CTA button: Request Invitation Slide 10 header: Request a Private Invitation Canva Instructions Inside Canva: Select the Slide 10 CTA button. Use Canva’s hyperlink tool. Insert the full landing page URL provided by Patricia. Repeat the same process for the Slide 10 header. Test both links in preview mode. Export as PDF Standard or PDF Print. Confirm the exported PDF retains clickable links when opened outside LinkedIn. LinkedIn Caveat Clickable PDF links may not work reliably inside LinkedIn’s document carousel. This is expected. For this reason, Slide 10 must include: Private invitation link provided in the accompanying post. The landing page link will also be included in the LinkedIn post caption. Banner Copy Use this exact copy only: By Invitation Only Grown-Up Love Society™ A private society for accomplished women 45+ Love that feels like a soft landing.
