Graphic designer needed for Project Overflow Support

Job Overview: We are looking for a fast, efficient Graphic Designer to handle project overflow and help push creative assets across the finish line. We need a versatile multimedia designer who stays current with modern trends and knows how to translate them into clean, effective marketing designs that convert. This role requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and the ability to jump between print and digital projects quickly without sacrificing accuracy. Scope of Work: Print Marketing: Design and finalize high-converting direct mailer postcards, brochures, and sales flyers. Digital Assets: Create clean, modern graphics for email marketing campaigns, social media, and digital ads. Project Completion: Take existing templates, concepts, or drafts and rapidly execute the final, production-ready designs. Performance-Driven Design: Implement layouts that use clear visual hierarchy, strong typography, and strategic calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive user action. Requirements: Expert Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with digital layout tools. Marketing-Minded: A portfolio demonstrating clean, attractive designs built for business performance and lead generation (not just art for art's sake). Speed & Efficiency: Proven ability to manage tight turnarounds, handle multiple project types, and deliver clean files on time. Technical Accuracy: Deep understanding of print specs (bleeds, CMYK) and digital optimizations (proper file sizing, compression)
