About Drop Drop is an AI-powered mobility marketplace reimagining rideshare. We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help shape and scale our visual brand as we grow. What You'll Do * Design high-quality social media graphics for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Threads, and Facebook * Create marketing flyers, posters, banners, and digital advertisements * Design promotional materials for rider and driver acquisition campaigns * Create app store marketing assets and launch creatives * Develop visual concepts that communicate our mission of fairness, transparency, and driver empowerment * Design branded presentations, pitch deck visuals, and investor-facing materials * Collaborate closely with the founder and marketing team to execute campaigns quickly * Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints What We're Looking For * Strong portfolio demonstrating modern, clean, and impactful graphic design * Experience designing for startups, technology companies, marketplaces, or mobility brands * Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar design tools * Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and visual storytelling * Experience creating social media content that drives engagement * Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly * Strong attention to detail Nice to Have * Experience designing for transportation, mobility, fintech, or consumer technology brands * Motion graphics or short-form video design experience * Experience creating paid advertising creatives * Understanding of startup marketing and growth campaigns
