Freelance Graphic Designer Required – Cinematic Documentary Poster I'm looking for a highly skilled graphic designer with experience creating cinematic film posters for documentaries or feature films. Project Overview I'm producing an unannounced feature documentary and require a theatrical one-sheet poster that feels premium, cinematic and suitable for festival submissions, streaming platforms and cinema marketing. Due to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), further details about the project, subject and title will only be shared with the successful designer. Style The poster should have the feel of an award-winning documentary rather than a commercial advertisement. I'm looking for something comparable in quality to: * Netflix documentaries * BBC Storyville * Sundance and TIFF documentary posters * Independent theatrical releases The design should feature: * A strong central hero image * Multiple supporting images blended into a seamless composition * Dramatic lighting * Rich colour grading * Premium typography * A dark, cinematic atmosphere with emotional storytelling Assets I will supply: * High-resolution photography * Official logos * Credits * Billing block * Tagline * Any required text Editing Style Please use the supplied photographs with minimal manipulation. Colour grading, lighting, compositing and atmospheric effects are encouraged, but the people in the images should remain natural and recognisable. I am *not* looking for AI-generated artwork or excessive retouching. Deliverables * A1 print poster * A3 print version * A4 print version * Social media portrait * Social media square * Landscape Requirements Please include: * Portfolio of previous poster or key art work * Experience with film or documentary campaigns (preferred) * Estimated turnaround time * Fixed project price Confidentiality This project is **strictly confidential**. The successful designer will be required to sign an *NDA* before receiving the title, synopsis, imagery or any identifying information relating to the documentary. I'm looking for someone who can create a poster that feels worthy of a theatrical release and tells a compelling story through a single image.
