Graphics Designer — Corporate Wall Murals & Environmental Graphics (Ongoing Freelance)

How it works: You receive a complete brief with brand files, wall dimensions, and site photos. You deliver design concepts and photorealistic mock-ups composited onto photos of the actual space. We handle client communication and printing. Our design style: Our signature style is what we call Wall Tattoos, imagery printed directly onto the wall the way ink sits in skin. No backgrounds, no frames, no edges. Negative space is the core skill we hire for: designs where the untouched wall becomes part of the composition, and what you leave out matters as much as what you print. We favor blackwork, geometric, and dimensional 3-D effects where imagery appears to lift off the surface. Strong preference for designers with demonstrated negative space work in their portfolio. Requirements: • Portfolio demonstrating strong negative space composition — this is our top selection criterion — plus branded environments, corporate design, or tattoo-influenced illustration • Expert Photoshop compositing (mock-ups on site photos is core to this role) • Illustrator proficiency for vector and logo work • Ability to work within existing brand guidelines • Fast turnaround on first concepts Engagement: Project-based to start, with steady ongoing work for the right designer. We’re a fast-growing company defining a new category, and design sits at the center of it. Every project puts your work permanently on a wall at architectural scale, portfolio pieces you can’t get anywhere else. We’re building a small bench of designers to grow with us. Selected candidates will complete a short paid test project before ongoing engagement. Additionally- 1. Share 2–3 portfolio pieces where you designed within an existing brand’s guidelines (logos, colors, fonts you didn’t create). 2. Share your best example of negative space design, and tell us in one or two sentences how you decided what to leave empty.
