Graphics Designer

I am a digital agency owner looking to work with either a reliable freelance graphic designer or a design agency for ongoing client projects. I need someone who understands professional design delivery, clear communication, deadlines, and the importance of providing editable/source files with every project. This position will be for ongoing client design work, so I am looking for someone who is accountable, friendly, professional, organized, and ready to grow with my agency. Requirements You must be able to provide: * Vector/source files for every design project when applicable * Final files organized in a ZIP folder * Two mockups included with every logo design * Mockups included for other services when applicable * Print-ready files when needed * Transparent PNGs when needed * Editable files such as AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PSD, or Affinity files * Professional communication and timely updates * Work completed in the CST timezone Communication Communication is very important to me. I use Slack for internal communication and email for client-related work. If you cannot complete a task, meet a deadline, or need more time, I need to know ahead of time — not right before the due date. I need someone who communicates clearly, gives updates, asks questions when needed, and is honest about timelines. NDA, Confidentiality, White-Label Work, and Ownership You must be comfortable signing an NDA and working as a white-label contractor for my agency. All work completed for my agency must remain private and confidential. This includes client names, business information, files, designs, concepts, login details, brand assets, project details, communication, and anything else related to the project. You understand that you are working under my agency, not directly with my clients. You will not contact, message, email, follow, tag, or communicate with my clients unless I give written permission. You also understand that my agency is the face of the project. All work must be delivered to me first, and I will handle all communication, revisions, approvals, and final delivery with the client. Once the project is completed and paid for, you transfer full ownership and usage rights of the final design files to me/my agency. I then have the right to transfer ownership and usage rights to my client. You may not reuse, resell, claim ownership of, recreate, publish, post, watermark, or display the work in your portfolio, website, social media, marketplace, or promotional material unless I give written permission. You may not use my clients’ names, brands, logos, designs, or project details as examples of your work unless I approve it in writing. All source files, vector files, editable files, exports, mockups, and final ZIP folders must be delivered directly to me/my agency. Payment Rates All services include editable/source/vector files when applicable. Final files must be delivered in an organized ZIP folder. Each final ZIP folder must include the following when applicable: * Editable/source file * Vector file * PDF file * PNG file * Transparent PNG file * JPG file * Print-ready PDF for print projects * Mockup files when applicable * Fonts used or font names/links * Any approved assets used in the design Accepted editable/source file types include: * AI * EPS * SVG * PDF * PSD * Affinity Designer file * Canva editable link only if approved before starting No project should be sent as only a screenshot, flattened PNG, or JPG. Source/editable files are required for every service when applicable. Revision Policy Basic revisions are included as long as they are reasonable and stay within the original project direction. I do not charge separately for small revisions such as text changes, color adjustments, spacing changes, layout tweaks, or minor edits. However, if the revision is close to starting over, changes the entire direction, or becomes a completely new concept, then it may be treated as a new project or require an additional fee that is agreed on before continuing. Final Delivery Rule Final payment is not complete until the full ZIP folder is delivered with all required files. If the final ZIP does not include the required source/vector files, exports, mockups when applicable, and organized folders, the project is not considered complete.
