Graphics / Illustrations for SaaS "university" course videos
Worldwide
We're building an online learning platform to help onboard our customers to learn how to use our software-licensing platform. The finished content will be 50+ short tutorial videos (4–5 min each), organized into role-based tracks (e.g., Fundamentals, Developer, PM, Admin). Most videos are screen recordings with voice-over, plus occasional talking-head segments. We need a designer to create a cohesive visual identity and a set of reusable templates to be handed off my team to be used in the production of the videos. We will hire a separate video editor to produce the final output (voiceover, screen recordings, etc), but we will be using some of the graphical assets during the recording.. We'll provide our brand colors/fonts + our existing logo (we are currently in the process of redesigning our website Figma + existing LicenseSpring brand), the text content for each template, and a short style direction. Scope of work / deliverables: 1. Brand kit (foundation) LicenseSpring University lockup built from our existing LicenseSpring brand: horizontal, stacked, and icon/favicon versions. (See "What we'll provide" re: logo.) Color palette + type scale doc — hex values + fonts, adapted from our website Figma and licensespring.com. A 1-page style guide (PDF) showing how all the templates below fit together: spacing, safe margins, do's/don'ts. This is what keeps the series consistent. 2. Intro stinger (animated) + outro Animated intro stinger: 1-3 seconds, logo + subtle motion. Keep it short and clean. Outro / end card: "Thanks for watching · Next: ___ · [docs URL]" — static or lightly animated to match. (Audio sting is sourced separately — design to leave room for a ~3–5s audio cue.) 3. In-video graphics (static) Lower-thirds: (a) speaker name/title, (b) on-screen concept/term labels. Title card (video title + module #) and Objectives card ("By the end of this video, you'll be able to…", 2–4 bullet slots). Recap card, "Common pitfall" / "Pro tip" cards, Quiz/transition card ("Quick check ✓"). Section/topic divider (uses the track's color). 4. Callout kit (static, layered/editable) Arrows, highlight boxes, blur/spotlight mask, numbered step badges, and a "click here" pulse — all on-brand and easy for the editor to place and resize. 5. Code-snippet frame A consistent frame/theme for showing code on screen (font, background, syntax colors) so every dev demo matches. We demo C++ and Python. 6. Thumbnail templates One editable template per track (track color + module #), so we can produce a thumbnail for any video in minutes. 7. Slide / content template (PowerPoint + Google Slides) A master template the team fills with text/images, including layouts for: Concept layout (title + bullets + image area) Example layout (with the code-snippet frame from #5) Plus: title, section divider, comparison/table, and quiz layouts. 8. Certificate of completion (PDF) A print-ready certificate, with a variant per track, featuring: learner name, track, date, a unique credential ID + verify URL, the University logo, and an authorized signature/seal. Must be designed so it satisfies LinkedIn's "Add to profile" fields. (We'll confirm the exact fields our LMS, TalentLMS, requires.) Formats & technical requirements Because the video editor isn't chosen yet, please deliver in universal, editor-agnostic formats: Working/source files: layered and organized — Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and/or Photoshop. Name layers and group logically. Static graphics (lower-thirds, cards, callouts, code frame, dividers): designed on a 1920×1080 (16:9) canvas with safe margins; export as transparent PNG at 2× resolution, plus SVG for anything vector (logo, icons, badges). Intro stinger: 1920×1080, delivered as ProRes 4444 .MOV with alpha (transparent), plus an editable source project (After Effects or equivalent) and an H.264 .MP4 preview. Thumbnails: base 1280×720, editable template + sample export. Slide template: native .PPTX + a Google Slides copy, 16:9, using proper slide masters/layouts. Certificate: print-ready PDF in both US Letter and A4, landscape, with editable source. Fonts: provide names + links/licenses for any non-standard fonts used. Use our brand color values exactly; deliver in sRGB for screen and a print-safe version for the certificate.
