Grassroots Community Builder / User Acquisition for a Social Platform

We're in early launch and deliberately curating who joins. We're not chasing volume; we're building a founding community of real, opinionated humans who will shape the platform's culture. We're piloting with a small group of freelancers and looking for people who can find and authentically bring on our earliest power users. This is a trial to acquire 100 great users through careful outreach (not spamming) and only in North America. What you'll do ---------------- - Find potential early users across the internet (X, Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord, and wherever your instincts take you) and reach out to them personally — never with spam. Use the ideal user profiles we have to bring onboard, and prove it. - Manage activation and retention: talk to the users you bring in, keep them engaged, and help them take ownership of the platform. Who we're looking for (the users you'll source) ------------------------------------------------------ We want power users, not warm bodies. Each should be: - Opinionated and articulate, already vocal about bots, spam, and fake engagement on their current platforms. - Intrinsically motivated to try a human-only network. - The type who'll propagate the network themselves — invite their own people, post unprompted, and make the platform their own.
