[Greece Only] UX & Payment Gateway Usability Tester for a Trading Platform

We are looking for testers in Greece who have experience using online trading or investing platforms to evaluate a regulated trading application. Please note: You must have active accounts on other trading or investment platforms to qualify, but you must NOT have an existing account with our client's platform. Project Overview: This is an unmoderated usability study (approx. 30 minutes) focused on evaluating the registration and payment pipeline of a prominent, regulated trading platform. What you will be asked to do: Onboarding & KYC: Register on the platform and complete the standard regulatory identity verification (KYC). Gateway Testing: Complete a temporary, fully refundable deposit into your own newly created account to test the system's payment gateway (using Credit/Debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay). UX Recording: Screen-record the signup and deposit process so our research team can evaluate system usability. (You are encouraged to blur/redact any sensitive card numbers or personal ID info). Immediate Withdrawal: Request a full, 100% refund of your deposited money immediately after the test is verified. No trading, market investment, or financial risk is involved in this project. Any processing, transaction, or conversion fees incurred during this test will be 100% reimbursed by us. Requirements: Current resident of Greece (with a Greek ID/Passport for standard platform verification). Hands-on experience with online trading or fintech applications (excluding iForex). Access to one of the following payment methods for the refundable test deposit: Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. Must be comfortable recording your screen under our privacy guidelines.
