Grip Socks Designer to Create a Custom Silicone Grip pattern for Our Pilates Grip Socks.

This project requires more than a creative concept. The final design must be production-ready and clear enough for our sock factory to manufacture. Scope of work: - Design the silicone anti-slip grip pattern on the bottom of Pilates socks - Create a unique, premium, feminine design that matches our brand aesthetic - Prepare factory-ready drawings/specifications for silicone printing - Consider practical production requirements: - Silicone dot size and spacing - Grip performance - Coverage area - Manufacturing feasibility Brand direction: - Premium Pilates / wellness lifestyle - Soft, elegant, feminine aesthetic - Minimal but recognizable - Suitable for future collaborations and limited collections We are looking for someone who: - Has previous experience designing grip socks, yoga socks, Pilates socks, or similar products - Understands silicone anti-slip printing technology - Has experience working with textile factories or manufacturers - Can create designs that are both beautiful and practical for mass production Please include: 1.
