Summary

We're looking for a proactive freelancer to help grow the visibility of Hubs, an international workation community connecting remote professionals with unique destinations across Europe. At Hubs, we organize curated 1–3 month workations that bring together remote workers, freelancers and entrepreneurs who want to combine productivity, nature and community. This is not a traditional social media management role. Instead, your mission is simple: Help more remote workers discover Hubs and encourage qualified people to join our workations. What you'll do You'll actively look for opportunities to introduce Hubs wherever remote workers, freelancers, entrepreneurs and digital nomads spend time online. This may include: - Facebook Groups - Reddit - LinkedIn - Slack/WhatsApp communities - Digital nomad communities - Remote work forums - Newsletters - Partnership opportunities - Universities and alumni communities - Any other relevant channels you discover We're not looking for someone who simply follows instructions. We're looking for someone who constantly asks: "Where else can I find people who would genuinely love Hubs?" You'll be encouraged to experiment, identify new communities, build relationships, create outreach opportunities, and continuously expand Hubs' visibility. Responsibilities - Proactively identify online communities where potential participants spend time. - Engage naturally with community members and answer relevant questions. - Introduce Hubs in a genuine, non-spammy way. - Build relationships with community managers, creators and partners. - Research new channels and outreach opportunities every week. - Suggest new ideas to increase awareness and participant applications. - Track your outreach activities and share regular updates with the team. Who we're looking for You are: Proactive and resourceful. Curious and always looking for new opportunities. Comfortable starting conversations online. Interested in remote work, travel and international communities. Fluent in written English. Organized and able to work independently. Creative and willing to experiment. Experience with digital nomad communities, community growth, partnerships or startup marketing is a strong plus. Time commitment - Minimum 10 hours per week - Part-time or full-time depending on your profile and results Flexible schedule - Long-term collaboration preferred Success in this role Success isn't measured by the number of posts you publish. It's measured by the quality of opportunities you create and the number of qualified people who discover and join Hubs. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys connecting people, discovering communities and helping meaningful projects grow. Compensation Please include your desired hourly rate in your application. We're looking for a long-term collaboration and are happy to discuss compensation based on your experience and the value you can bring. In addition to your hourly rate, we're open to performance-based bonuses tied to meaningful results, such as generating qualified participant applications or confirmed bookings. When applying, please tell us: - Why this role interests you. - What hourly rate you are looking for. - Which online communities or channels you would target first to promote Hubs. - Any examples of communities, projects or brands you've helped grow. - Why you think you would be a great fit for this role. We care much more about initiative, creativity and problem-solving than formal qualifications. If you're excited by the challenge of growing an international community and helping more people discover unique workation destinations, we'd love to hear from you.
