Growth Content Manager (Instagram, TikTok & Discord Community)

We're looking for a creative and growth-focused Content Manager to help scale Notify+, our premium Discord community that helps members profit from sneakers, Pokémon, sports cards, and retail arbitrage. This is not a typical social media manager position. We're looking for someone who understands how to create engaging content that attracts followers and converts them into paying community members. What You'll Do Create engaging Instagram Reels, posts, Stories, and carousel content. Repurpose Discord announcements, member success stories, and release information into social media content. Develop content ideas that educate, entertain, and convert viewers into subscribers. Maintain a consistent posting schedule across Instagram (TikTok experience is a plus). Organize and schedule content in advance. Analyze content performance and suggest ways to improve growth. What We'll Provide Brand assets and guidelines Discord access Daily content ideas and release information Member success screenshots Product and release photos Support and feedback You won't have to search for content—we'll provide the information. Your job is to turn it into high-quality social media content. Skills We're Looking For Strong experience creating Instagram Reels and short-form content Excellent video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.) Canva or Adobe Creative Suite experience Understanding of Instagram growth strategies Strong English communication Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Bonus if you have experience with: Sneaker reselling Pokémon TCG Retail arbitrage Discord communities E-commerce brands What Success Looks Like We're looking for someone who can help us: Grow our Instagram audience Increase engagement Drive more clicks to our Discord Convert followers into paid Notify+ members Trial Project We'll begin with a 30-day paid trial.
